Xiaomi Launches 14 and 14 Ultra in Indian Market at Relatively

Reservations are just about to begin The top-end Ultra variant packs the new 1-inch rear camera technology on its quad-lensed hump, though both devices come with Leica branding. They're set to start under ~$750, though that's cheaper than some other regions.
Xiaomi may limit 'international' availability for 14 series to Europe at its MWC 2024 debut; However, it has now officially launched its latest Leica-branded, Snapdragon 8 Gen 3-powered premium smartphone in the Indian market.

As before, the line-up consists of the vanilla
14 followed by the top-end 14 Ultra, with the Pro version remaining exclusive to the Chinese market as before. Then again, Xiaomi hints that the Sony LYT-900-powered letter will bring a white and black vegan leather iteration of its "timeless design" to its new territory, while Plain 14's "precision"-crafted glass will apparently be available. Green as well as black.
Reservations for the new series of flagship handsets won't open until March 11, 2024; However, Xiaomi has revealed that the new devices will start at INR 59,999 (~$725) for the 14 and INR 99,999 (~$1,208) for the Ultra.
Then again, the 2 devices were also released in the European market for €999 (~$1,093) and €1,499.90 ($1,640) – where they are said to be outselling their predecessors. Accordingly, it will be interesting to see if they do well in their latest market.
Even if not, other interesting devices such as the 14 ultra-mimicking, yet more affordable, Redmi A3 are still available on Amazon.in.
